Binding devices and regions in Inventory

First input field in region section shows actual region assignment to device. Multiple regions are allowed. It allows to select action performed when form is submited.

• "Add" will bind new region selected in second input field. Empty value in second field means no action.
• "Change: regionName" will replace selected region by value in second input field. Empty value in second field will unbind selected region from device.
