Registration page failing
Common registration error results:
- Enter valid PN
- Profile not found
- Invalid relay MAC address
- Service not found
- Connector already registered
Should one of these errors occur, report the following:
- subscriber ID
- task ID
- assigned IP address - ask technician to read from registration page
- connector MAC address - ask technician to read form registration page
- Complete error message and error code returned by registration page
Task failing
Common workorder exceptions include:
- Chybi externi ID sluzby / Service cannot be null
- Neznama sluzba / Unknown service
- Chybi cislo zasuvky / Unit cannot be null
- Nelze stornovat neznamy ukol / Cannot cancel unknown workorder
- Nelze stornovat dokonceny ukol / Cannot cancel finished workorder
- Nelze pridelit telefonni cislo / Cannot add voip number
- Profil jiz existuje / Profile already exists
- MAC jiz existuje / MAC already registered

- task ID
- task type
- exception type
